For Aerial Hoop it is nice to wear clothes that prevent the hoop “burns” that it might cause on your skin. Always wear tight and flexible leggings combined with a tight shirt with short sleeves, dance outfit / body or bodysuit. Also take socks or leg warmers with you. Don’t wear any jewellery or clothing with sharp parts during the class, this can damage the hoops.
